Who is responsible

DATABIM LAB SAS (DB-Lab), address, France, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: e-mail address.

What we collect, and why

The demo form: your name, your firm, your e-mail address and, if you give them, your role, your phone number and your message, with the market and the language of the page. We use them only to answer your request and to arrange a demonstration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b)).

Nothing else is collected about you: the site has no account, no newsletter, no advertising.

Audience measurement without cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, does not use your device's storage and does not follow you from one site to another: it gives us aggregated figures (pages seen, countries, browsers). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (GDPR, art. 6(1)(f)). To confirm once the measurement is enabled.

What your browser keeps

The site keeps in your browser's local storage the market and the display (dark or light) you chose, so as to open them next time. It stays on your device; we never receive it. You can erase it from your browser's settings.

The map

The map is loaded from MapTiler (MapTiler AG, Switzerland), which receives your IP address like any server you load content from; MapTiler's privacy policy applies. To confirm with the licence.

Who receives your data

Only the DB-Lab team in charge of business development. Our processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting of the site and of the form's function) and the e-mail service (sending the request to us). Cloudflare may process data in the United States; the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to confirm.

How long

Your request and our exchanges are kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted, unless a contract follows.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its use, ask for its restriction and receive it in a portable format, by writing to e-mail address. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

In Brazil

The LGPD applies to the data of visitors in Brazil: its rights are set out in the Portuguese version of this policy, and you may also petition the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). Person in charge of data processing (encarregado): name, e-mail address.

Changes

We will update this page if what the site does changes; the date at the top says when.
